As officially incorporate in 1997, Sunny Isles Beach is the newest municipalities of the Miami-Dade County. The neighborhood is located on a barrier island between Miami Beach and North Miami Beach. Although new to the family of incorporate areas, Sunny Isles has been thriving as a community since the 1950s, the time when it become the haven for many accommodations with vibrant motifs.
Today, Sunny Isles Beach is also undergoing a major makeover and is receiving a new type of glamour—a real estate glamour. This is evident in the high-rise developments sprouting all over the neighborhood. In its coastline alone lines several monoliths of copper and concrete that will forever change the look of the city into that of extreme, unbridled luxury.

There are plenty of developers testing the waters at Sunny Isles Beach. Even Donald Trump has three luxury condos in the area. Aside from that, the neighborhood is also home to several high-end projects including the Ocean IV, Jade Beach and Acqualina.
Part of Sunny Isles Beach’s appeal is also its miles of white sand beaches that draw in hundreds of thousands of visitors annually. There are recreational areas available for tourists as well as plenty of destinations wherein a variety of activities are available.
